Knowing the number of people in your party, the date of your arrival and departure and your method of payment for your deposit, is helpful. The earlier you call the larger the selection of properties. • Summer reservations are from Saturday to Saturday (with some exceptions). Office hours are: Mon.-Sat. 9am - 5pm / Peak Seasons: Sat. 9am-6pm • Deposit: Deposit to secure your reservation is 1/2 the rental amount plus insurance. We accept cash, VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD, money order or personal check. Deposits must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Deposits not paid in full by the 11th day Will Be Cancelled ! A confirmation will be sent when your deposit is paid in full. Please make checks payable to Booe Realty. • If you are making a reservation less than twenty-one days in advance of your arrival, your reservation must be signed & paid in full by cash, credit card, money order, or bank certified check to confirm your reservation. • CANADIAN CHECKS - We appreciate the business from our Canadian friends. Please be sure checks are made payable by a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. • To help offset increasing administrative charges, we will deposit all escrowmoney deposits in a South Carolina Financial institution with the interest accrued payable to Booe Realty. • Check-In is at Booe Realty Office beginning at 3 pm or when property becomes available. • Check-Out: 10 am on day of departure. Premises must be completely vacated and keys returned to Booe Realty promptly by 10am or your security deposit will be automatically charged. There is a charge for lost keys or non-returned keys. • Late Check-In: All late check-in guests must call the answering service at (843) 497-3475. Give them your name so they can verify your arrival, and they will give you the combination to the lock box located by the front door of Booe Realty’s office. Late check in is after normal business hours. • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for vacation rentals made on or prior to 21 days before arrival will be handled as follows: Condos or Townhouses - All monies paid will be refunded, less a cancellation fee, reservation fee and trip cancellation insurance. Houses and cottages - No monies will be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period. Cancellations of all properties made inside 21 days of arrival will be handled as follows: All monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period for the same rate. Monthly rentals forfeit all monies paid, including deposit, if cancelled inside 60 days of arrival unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period for the same rate. Booe Realty reserves the right to apply guests’ money to another arrival date. If re-rented, Reservation fee and Trip cancellation insurance payments are NOT refundable. • Transfer Fee: In the event a transfer is made from one property to another after the deposit is paid, a transfer fee will be applied to the reservation. • Linen Rentals: Linen rentals are available at a cost of $20 + tax and insurance per bed. Basic supply includes bath towels, washcloths and the appropriate bed linen, bath mats and dishtowels. Booster packs of additional towels are available. • Tentative Reservations: During your vacation, you may make plans to reserve the vacation property for next year. Owners have top priority, followed by this year’s renter. If you haven’t made a tentative reservation by check out time, the property may be reserved on a first come, first serve basis. To make a tentative reservation, visit or call our office. A $250 NON-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. • Limited Accidental Damage Waiver Protection will be included at no extra cost. Details will be provided at check in, or can be accessed Online. • Subleasing: This agreement may not be assigned or subleased without Booe Realty’s prior written consent. • Entry: It may be necessary to enter the rental property during occupancy at a reasonable hour (8 am - 7 pm daily) for repairs, care or management of the property. Emergency situations allow for entry at any time. • NO outdoor grilling on porches or balconies. Grill only in designated areas. • House parties: House Parties are strictly prohibited! Violators of the house party policy will not be allowed occupancy and forfeit all deposits paid.
